My awesome weekend - 611 words
This weekend was like no other weekend I had experienced in a long, long while. Normally I would head to my aunts house for the weekend to cut my parents a break from all the teenage drama they despise so very much or they kicked me out so they could have fun. I understand that Friday does not count as the weekend hypothetically speaking but I did enjoy last Friday when I passed my quizzes for almost every class and actually had a good day so far of my school year. I was invited by my dads and my close friends to his daughters 8th birthday party and it was kinda a kid party but all of that happened outside...inside is where all the teens hung out and talked and drank and ate a lot, the typical teenage activities. My friend who I've known since I was 7 years old was hooked on the computer all day playing world of warcraft while everyone was socializing and conversing with one another while the WOW addict was missing some of the fun. It was pretty cool because almost all of my friends were there and we were making each other laugh extremely hard, talking, eating, and crap. What sucked was there was ice chests guarded by the adults so no intoxicating drinks for the young ones.....that sucked. Party ended sooner than I expected..It started at 2 o clock but ended at like 5 or 6, so finally all of the little kids were gone and it was just us teens hanging out while the adults were in the back drinking, smoking, Laughing, having a good time. So we decided to watch prom night 2008 and I have to admit that the remake of prom night was not all that bad than I expected and what i found EXTREMELY ANNOYING was that the girls screamed so friggin loud and I had to sit in the middle of them both while they squeezed my arm so hard that my blood had a hard time circulating, then I had never been happier to end the movie and I was free. Finally the WOW addict got off the computer to watch the movie Shoot Em' Up which was not a bad movie either, it was awesome. We stayed up until 3 o clock in the morning and we drove home all tired, half asleep, trying to keep my dad awake so he doesn't crash the car. I fell asleep at 3:30 am and had woken up at 9 o clock from my family being loud as hell. Then my dad made an awesome breakfast which I knocked out in less than 5 minutes. So this Sunday was sort of a day to chill and the same goes for my dads friend, after I saw him drink like 20 cans of beer, I thought "man, I do not want to be him in the morning" I hope he's OK. Several hours later I found my StarCraft game which I was searching all of my house to find and that made my day so far and it was awesome playing something you haven't played for a long long time. Finally...Lunch, we got the best burgers at cypress best around my house. Gorging on these burgers we decided to watch George Lopez and that was pretty cool. and now I am writing this blog and its just fun typing about the fun I had over the weekend, now when I see this blog I will commemorate on the extreme fun I experienced. OK I'm done....I'm going to go back to StarCraft now.

He is obviously a cute little mouse who came to the U.S. from El Salvador with his mom chata and sister chi-chi, he never knew his dad...hes still out trying to buy those ciggarettes. Luckily he knows really good engleesh....and was able to to get pass then INS. Felipe enjoys movies, music, and foods. His favorite movie right now is Voces Inocentes. His favorite type of music is cumbia and such, he enjoys los hermanos flores, Selena, and Kumbia kings. Favorite foods are pupusas con chicharron, platanos, kolashampan, fresco enselada, cortido, mojarra, cheese, and pan con chupe on thanksgiving. His idol is Oscar Romero and still cries over his tragic death. Felipe doesn't know much about the U.S. like its illegal to ride under the bus, nobody says "vos" is spanish, port-o-potty cleanings are available for poor Felipe, cerote was his new nickname, colones aren't a currency here in USA. Felipe was trying to find a new lifestyle here in The U.S of A but didn't quite fit in with the locals in East L.A. "no salvis here...you try to take our land many years ago....we came here first...now go" Felipe is searching for a job other than port-o-potty cleaning. One that actually pays good money but managers refused to take in Felipe, so he had no choice but to take the job that is available for him. Everyday until Felipe finds a good job.

Setting

Movie Theater
I can see the darkness, I can see the imagery upon a screen, I can see idiots talking on the phone, I can see popcorn and nachos, I can see the dimmed lights. I can hear the dialogue of the people on the film, I can hear the same idiots talking on the phone, I can hear the security guards walking in and out, I can hear the loud popcorn and slushy machine, I can hear the crunchiness of nachos and popcorn. I can smell the guy next to me....smelled like tobacco, I can smell my nachos and other foods in the theater, I can smell that one lady's strong perfume, I can smell the carpet cleanser after the movie, I can smell the candy. I can Taste my nachos, I can taste my coke, I can taste nothing else but nachos and coke. I can feel the uncomfortable seat, I can feel the AC inside, I can feel the food I'm stepping on the floor, I can feel my eardrums moving because the film was so loud, I can feel the joy of seeing a great movie.
